Thanks and Giving

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving next week!

We are thankful for many things.  First and foremost, that we can actually HAVE Thanksgiving this year!

Last year, three of us had Covid on Thanksgiving and ate a catered version of the holiday in our pajamas. Good times!

So thankful that I can host again this year. We will have a full house and I am already chilling the Champagne!

Thankful my husband loves to load the dishwasher.

Thankful my daughters have wonderful stories to entertain the whole family because their mother’s timing on the dinner is always a little (lot) off.

Thankful we get to decorate the dining room table that has mostly been an office for the past 18 months.

Thankful that I manage to get ONE veggie onto the menu!

Thankful for my little chocolate turkeys.

and for my real one!

Thankful that we can kick off the cheesy Christmas movies as a family in our drawstring pajama pants after dinner.

Thankful that we are not getting up at 3am for Black Friday.  Happy, Happy Thanksgiving!
