There is a new fragrance I am hoping will join my collection…
If you are a fragrance lover, the best place to wander and sniff is Barney’s. During a recent browse, I found A Lilac A Day by Vilhelm Parfumerie. INTOXICATING. It smells like lilacs in the spring when they are just opening. I didn’t buy it because there was a little sticker shock, but I am hopeful that Tim finds his way there for my birthday next month… address is 660 Madison Timbo!
When the weather gets a little cooler, out come my spicy fragrances. YSL Opium is still my favorite – an oldie but goodie.
Fendi L’Acquarossa is my newest spicy acquisition. A little goes a long way, but it is delicious.
I wear Antonia’s Flowers year-round. Never fails to deliver a compliment.
Orange Blossom is one of my favorite Jo Malone fragrances, but this one has an unusual combo of ingredients that I love.
Un Jardin Sur Le Nil. Green mango and lotus flower – yum.
Bulgari Omnia Coral is a sweet/tart fragrance with notes of citrus, hibiscus and pomegranate. Fabulous in the heat of summer.
Rose is not a fan fav of mine. Usually too sweet. But this one is perfect. Imagine smelling a fully opened rose outside in a warm garden. My daughter steals this one from me on a regular basis.
Christian Louis Euskadi is a definite for fall. Smoky and green.
Australian Nanadebary created a very feminine fragrance with citrus, spice, powder and wood. A Sunday brunch favorite!
Ending with the new Hermes fragrance Twilly. Huge buzz around this. I haven’t smelled it yet, but google the ad, amazing. Twilly is positioned for the beloved millilenial. The strand of patterned silk around the top of the bottle can be repurposed around her wrist or in her hair – showing everyone she is in the know! Christmas gift? Happy Fall.
